Workers Compensation
We can help you receive the benefits you deserve if you've been injured while on the job. Workplace injuries can include physical injuries, as well as exposure to occupational diseases. Workers' Compensation benefits will compensate you for your lost wages and medical treatment while you are unable to work. Lump sum settlements are often possible.

Personal Injury
Personal injury cases can arise from many different situations including car accidents, faulty construction, and defective and dangerous products. If you've been injured by the negligence of another person or by a defective product, you may be entitled to compensation for lost wages, pain and suffering, medical treatment, and more.

Social Security Disability
If you become physically and/or mentally unable to work a full-time job, you may be entitled to receive disability benefits from the Social Security Administration (SSA). There are two programs; the first, Social Security Disability (SSD), is for individuals who have participated in the Social Security system through the FICA tax, which is withheld from workers' pay. The second program, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), is needs-based and requires a disabled individual to meet the financial requirements set forth in the regulations of the Social Security Administration. In order to receive monthly disability benefits, we must prove to the SSA that you are unable to work any job on a full-time basis for at least twelve months.

Bankruptcy
Bankruptcy can eliminate a your legal obligation to pay most or all of your debts. Chapter 7 bankruptcy is the most basic form of debt relief and is most suitable for consumers who rent or are current with their mortgage payments or those who have little or no disposable income after expenses each month. Chapter 13 bankruptcy is most suitable for consumers with some disposable income remaining each month after expenses and its goal is for the person to be current on mortgage and other payments at the end of the repayment period, while preventing foreclosure of the person's home or repossession of personal property such as a car.
